Negative: La cosa che non mi è piaciuta affatto, è stato il dover dare € 200,00 di cauzione al proprietario attraverso un sito esterno. La cauzione è stata poi restituita ma è una cosa che non è mai successa con le mie prenotazioni su Booking.

Overall, it's good. The only downside is that we didn't get a full refund since the issue wasn't our fault. Positive: It was spacious enough for four young people and was well equipped as it is new flat. Air conditioning was worked okay. Negative: We struggled to enter the building and flat. The main door locker screen had no indication that the code must be entered in the public section to open it, and afterwards it was nowhere mentioned that the card for opening the flat doors must be placed on the locker keyboard. In the flat, we didn't have any tablets for the dishwasher, a dishwashing sponge, or paper towels. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 nights. The floor was dirty when we arrived, as there was construction work outside in the street, and there were no rags in front of the door to clean our shoes before entering. A little bit noisy in the morning because of the construction workers. The landlord didn't give us a complete refund for damages or items that we didn't make (spilt liquid on the mattress, damaged trash can), or items that were already missing when we arrived (such as an ashtray, a drain stopper in the sink). For the mattress, we were not able to see if it was already soiled, as the beds were ready for us. A small crack on the trash can was there upon our arrival, and we didn't think it would be a complaint against us later. We didn't use the ashtray because it wasn't in the whole flat. We didn't report the drain stopper because we didn't know whether it should be there.
